Brief Profile

With over 30 years of experience post M.S.(Orthopedics), which I completed from Baroda Medical College in 1987, I have gathered clinical experience overseas with fellowships in prestigious institutions like Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford, UK and Klinikum Karlsbaad, Germany – one of world’s premier institution for spinal surgery. I have also undertaken specific specialist training in US, Australia, Brussels and Budapest.

In India, I have practiced and taught undergraduate and post graduate students in Pramukh Swami Medical College at Karamsad Gujarat. After heading the Orthopaedic units in Alembic Hospital, Vadodara and Apollo Hospital in Gandhinagar, I finally moved to New Delhi in 2005 with Max Hospitals at Patparganj and have done stints at multiple corporate hospitals in the city.

I am one of the first persons in the country to do robotic spinal surgery in 2013. I have operated extensively in Middle East, Iraq and Africa and have large patient base from these countries.
